Welcome to our website. Several Terms and conditions apply to our website, and your decision to access or use the site will indicate you have agreed to be governed by these rules Bellucci's receives the right to change these rules whenever we feel it necessary.
1. COMPLAINTS
We endeavour to respond to all complaints within five working days. Bellucci's undertakes to resolve all complaints within one calendar week. Bellucci's will keep the consumer informed throughout the complaints process.
2. GUARANTEE OF QUALITY
Bellucci's guarantees that all products are of the highest quality. The Quality of your computer monitor will determine the quality of the resolution of images on the website. Therefore, there can be no guarantee that packaging and colour seen on screen are exact matches.
3. PRICES
All prices listed on this site are in Australian dollars and are inclusive of GST.
4. REFUNDS
Belucci's makes every effort to ensure that all products arrive in perfect condition. However, in the unlikely event of any product being damaged, we will replace the items accordingly or refund the credit card used to the value of the damaged goods. Just repack the item in its original packaging, if possible and return to sender. If any of our products arrive damaged in any form the Purchaser should advise Bellucci's within 7 working days of receipt.

In accordance with our terms and conditions herein, it is agreed that late delivery does not constitute a failure of our agreement, and does not entitle cancellation of an order.
5. PAYMENT METHOD

6. RETENTION OF TITLE
All products remain the property of Bellucci's until goods are paid in full.
7. STOCK LEVELS
Our shopping cart system is operated using an inventory with stock in hand. Confirmed orders indicate the item(s) ordered are in stock. If for any reason the stock levels show an item out of stock or insufficient quantity to meet the customers request, please contact us by the e-mail address on ur web site.
8. ITEM SUBSTITUTES
All items have been included in good faith on the basis that the goods, as describe, will be available at the time of sale. Should an item been not available, we will substitute with a similar of same or greater value. We will inform the buyer before despatch.
9. DISPLAYED PRODUCTS
Please read contents lists carefully, sometimes for photographic purposes gifts are displayed with props that are not included.
10. CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellation or alteration to orders must be made at least 48 hours prior to delivery. Orders cannot be cancelled once they are in transit to the recipients premises.
11. NOTIFICATION OF DELIVERY FEES
In the case of multiple orders to the same address, please contact our staff to see if they can offer discounts on delivery fees.
12. CHRISTMAS DESPATCH
Orders for Christmas delivery must be received by Bellucci's no later than the deadlines shown on our delivery deadline page. Closing date for Pre-Christmas deliveries interstate is the 11 th of December. Local order can still be taken up until the 18th of December, however Pre-Christmas delivery can not be guaranteed.
