1. HOW TO ORDER

1) Choose the type of gift basket you are looking for on the left hand side.

2) Once a category is chosen, you browse through the rage of gifts and select a gift

3) Often a category has multiple pages to view, page numbers are displayed at the bottom of the page, you can view them chronologically or you can skip to whichever page you want to go.

4) All details about the specific gift are listed on the right hand side, please read the contents carefully.

5) To purchase this item, "click" the Add to cart button

6) To view your order you can go to "Your Cart", alterations to your selection can be made

7) Once you are satisfied with your selection, proceed to "Checkout"

8) Fill in your details and the details of the recipient and payment information.

- If you are an existing member, please log in with your username and password

- Complete delivery details, gifts can only be delivered during business hours

- Complete your payment details

9) Your order request is now complete. An order confirmation will be sent to your e-mail adress

2. USE OF PERSONAL INFORMATION

Your personal details will never be given or sold to any other parties.

Your email adress will be added to our newsletter database if you have chosen the option to our receive our newsletter on the checkout page. Our newsletter will be sent with new products and seasonal offers.

3. OFFICE HOURS AND WEEKEND ORDERS

Our office will be open from 9am until 5pm daily, Monday to Friday, we are closed on Public Holidays.

If all our phones are busy you will be diverted to an answering service. As soon as one of our representatives are available, we will call you back. We understand that your time is too valuable to be waiting on hold.

All calls outside business hours will be diverted to an anwering service and will be delt with the next business day.
