Delivery

 

Please note that we are a Gold Coast based Company and that all baskets are dispatched from our warehouse, we have to use independent courier companies to do our deliveries outside our local area. Unfortunately we cannot control or guarantee their work. While most deliveries are made as indicated and requested we do from time to time experience issues with some deliveries. Please understand that we do all that is possible to insure that no problems occur, but sometimes this may not be enough.

We do deliveries Monday to Friday from 9am to 5pm, no deliveries are made on Public Holidays

Courier companies do require a signature from a person of appropriate age at the delivery adress, unless specified that the parcel may be left at the front or back door if no one is home. If no instructions are given, a card will be left for the recipient to collect the hamper from the freight depot or to arrage redelivery.

Re-delivery charges may apply as well as where incorrect delivery details were given.

Where possible please supply a business adress for deliveries

Orders placed on weekends and public holidays will be processed on the next business day and shipped according to the following information:

If you wish to order more than one item or hamper, going to the same delivery address, postage will be worked out per hamper, unless we can make arrangements to send the items cheaper. In this case please contact us at: sales@belluccisfinegifts.com

If you do not wish to use a courier service , we can offer standard Australia Post arrangements, delivery times are subject to Australia Post delivery guidelines. Please contact us regarding a quote.

Overseas deliveries will be quoted according to weight and country.

In the case of a small gift, please contact us and we will quote on Australia Post prices. Above prices are for courier services and a bigger gift. Please contact us at : sales@belluccisfinegifts.com.

In the instance that your gift has not arrived as per requested delivery time, please contact us and we will make every effort to track your gift. Although we do use reputable couriers, unforseen reasons do occur from time to time which are totally out of our control. Delivery charges are non-refundable. Any delays causing your gift to not be delivered on schedule is not an applicable reason for refund of your gift.
